1. How to place an order

Products can be ordered electronically on our website, with or without registration.
The order is considered confirmed after you have received an email with the order confirmation.

2. Acceptance and processing of orders

We accept electronic orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed on weekdays, and items are prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days (depending on load). If the ordered item is not in stock, we will contact you to agree on a delivery time or an alternative solution.

3. Payment methods

Payment by bank transfer. When making a payment, please indicate the invoice number. Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv , therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.

4. Delivery

Orders within Riga are delivered within 2–3 business days from the moment of receipt and payment of the order, if the product is available in the warehouse. Outside Riga, the delivery time is 3–5 business days. Delivery is made via Omniva in accordance with the current price list. Free delivery in Riga is provided for purchases over 80 EUR. 5. Return of goods

If for any reason you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. The item must not be used, must be in its original packaging with all labels attached. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect or damage to the item during transportation.
